AZGPS Refund and Return Policy

At AZGPS, we provide professional-grade geospatial products, GNSS network access, and digital surveying services designed for licensed professionals and organizations. Because many of our products and services involve subscription-based access or the delivery of digital assets, our refund and return policies differ depending on the product type.
🛰️ 1. GNSS Network Subscriptions
All GNSS Realtime Network Access subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) as selected at checkout.

Subscription access begins immediately upon successful payment.

Because network credentials and access are provisioned instantly, GNSS subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date by logging into their AZGPS account or contacting support.
💻 2. Digital Products and Licenses
Digital files, coordinate data, configuration files, and other downloadable or license-based products are considered final sale once delivered.

No refunds or exchanges are available for digital content once access has been granted or the download has started.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate billing or technical failure on AZGPS’s part.
📦 3. Physical Products (if applicable)
If a physical item (e.g., field hardware accessory) is purchased through AZGPS:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees (up to 15%).

Items showing signs of use or missing components cannot be returned.
🔁 4. Service Errors and Billing Adjustments
If a billing or provisioning error occurs:

AZGPS will verify the issue and, if confirmed, issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.
